Donald Trump, Sam Altman, Peter Thiel ... the narrative at the moment is all rather the same. It seems the era of AI has ushered in a new brand of tech bro-ism, one that rewards the 996 lifestyle and endless posturing on LinkedIn, and it’s dominating the airwaves. The AI era was supposed to open things up, but somehow it feels like we’re going backwards.
Both of us went through huge career changes over the last year, and somewhere in all those long conversations we realised we ended a lot of sentences with “but maybe that’s just me.” The result was a desire to show up fully as ourselves in our careers — and share those moments of struggle, as well as those of joy.
So we’re building what we couldn’t find: a community for women+ in tech. A space to be loud, be proud, be angry, be sad, and do all of it unapologetically.
